My last Post for 2014

Good Morning Everyone!
My My My the time does fly by!
And this Chick has not felt the blogging mood for a long time!
I have still been reading a lot of blogs and enjoying all the eye candy you all are showing.
My goal for 2015 is to do better with the blogging but have found that I get more done around the house and stitching if I keep the computer time to a minimum.

Here are some of the things I have been stitching on for the last couple of months:

for some reason un-be-known to me I can't get it turned correctly. But they are a couple of fall finishes

My new addition to my stitching area is this 6 drawer stand. Each drawer is big enough for a project that I am working on.  I just love it!

My new addition to my kitchen
My old refrigerator died on me and I have been wanting one of these with the freezer on the bottom for a very long time.

The week before Thanksgiving my sister came up from NM for a visit and we drove down to my niece's for her son's baptism. We had a wonderful weekend and an early thanksgiving dinner with them on Sunday.

I am still working on this little guys birth sampler. I am not done with it yet because his mother keeps telling me it ok to work on other projects. But here is an update so far.
Sorry about the wrinkles but I won't press it until I am finished with it.
I am working on the hedgehog at the moment. aren't those little critters the cutest!

when we got home from Iowa and our visit I stitched this little ornament up for my niece for her Christmas tree.
Its Called One More Stitch by Victoria Sampler and can be found in the 2014 Christmas ornament magazine.
And here is the back side
I put her initials on it. She also stitches but with 2 little ones her stitching time is limited. I remember those days.

Last but not least
I finished this little ornament up yesterday.

So with that ornament finished its back to some of my WIP's for a little while.

It's been a busy last couple of months with my sister coming home, harvest here on the farm. Christmas programs, shopping, working a few more hours. I am hoping for a little more me time after the first of the year.

Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas
and that you have a
Blessed New Year!

Happy Stitching and see you all next year!!!!!
