Good morning everyone!
We got a dusting of snow this morning and everything is white again, but it won't last long because it is suppose to get up to 45 degrees tomorrow. We have had such a mild winter here in the SD. With such a mild and snow free winter I hope for no flooding this spring.
I finished my second Christmas ornament for 2012
Mitten Sampler Ornament

28ct Antique White Jobelan

This past week end we drove to Iowa for one of my granddaughters 6th birthday party. I think we spent more time on the road driving there and back home than we did visiting them at the party. Oh how I wish they lived closer. Here are a few pictures of the birthday girl.
Kacee
My daughter Kay made the cake and cupcakes ( I think she said she got the idea off of Pinerest)
The cake is a rainbow cake. Isn't that the cutest idea!
Here is a picture of all 6 of my grandkids, what a wild bunch they are!
Time to catch up on my blog reading and maybe get a few stitches in this afternoon!
Happy Stitching

Congrats on finishing the ornament - it's really cute. Your grandkids are adorable. Looks like a lot of fun!
Love the ornament. How fun the party must of been.
Talked to our son who is having his first winter in ND last night and said snow was in the forecast. He talked about your mild winter, I think it is to get my CA boy use to it.
