I finished all the stitching, now on to the beading. I am hoping to have this completed by Christmas.

Time - I need more time to stitch
Good Morning Everyone!
Another warm day today,
but the corn is lovin it and is growing by leaps and bounds! Yaaaa for the farmers!!!!!
I have been working on 3 different projects since I last posted. 2 are ones that I have been working on and 1 is a new start. Really need to control myself when it comes to new starts and get some finishes in first. (that probably won't happen)
Here is my progress on The Upstairs Sewing Room
And here is my progress on July Word Play
Couldn't get it to turn the right direction but it's a good picture of my work!
My new start is a towel for my kitchen. I have a towel bar on my refrigerator and that is where I hang the towels that I stitch. Here is a picture of a few of my stitched towels. I have a couple for Valentines Day, St Patricks Day and one for Easter that I have put away.
I have quite a few Christmas ones but they are packed away with the Christmas stuff.
Well here is my new start -
I don't have any fall towels so when I saw this book at Hobby Lobby on Thursday I had to have it! We will see how many I get done! It feels funny stitching on the towels as most of them are 14 count and it has been a long time since I have used 14 ct. Its a lot easier on the eyes!
I am going to leave you with a couple pictures of my grand kids
4th of July swimming pool party
My grandson and his dog Buddy
Well I am off to get my dishes and some never ending laundry done
Have great weekend everyone!
Happy Stitching

I have a small problem, well not a real problem ,but I commented on a post and I don't remember if it was on Bloglovin, Instagram, or Facebook. The problem is I commented on this persons new start and I told her I had done it already and she wanted me to show her a picture of the finished piece.
Here it is! It hangs in my living room.

Another Finish and something from the past
Good Morning Everyone!
In cleaning out my dad's stuff I found a framed picture that I painted in my early teens. I remember spending some time at the lake with my grandparents and my grandma gave me this project to work on. Do any of you remember Artex paints? Well I used them to paint this picture and it hung in my parents kitchen for many years and now I have it in my kitchen.
And I do have a finish to share today!
Cappuccino
by Buttons & Beads Autumn Series - Mill Hill
14 ct Mill Hill Perforated Paper
Floss & beads included in kit
Started 3/18/15
Finished 6/16/15

Here is a picture I took after I hung it in my Kitchen
My Coffee Wall
I have one more cappuccino picture that needs to be framed to add to the wall.
I am going to close with some pictures that I have taken of my family
Trey holding Oliver |
Grandpa and Sharlee |
Grandpa, Kay, Kacee, & Kynzie sitting on Kyla |
My little friend outside my dinning room window |

Quick up date
Good Morning Everyone!
We had a busy weekend - Terry went truck pulling on Friday night, I didn't get to go because I was working. Then we had another pull on Saturday afternoon, the weather was beautiful while the pull was going on. We got the truck home and the rain started - we ended up with 6 inches of rain in an hour or so. You can imagine all the water standing around and lots of flash flooding and roads being closed.
Well on to happier news! 2 more finishes!!!!
First one is

WDW - Whitewash, Lancaster Red, & Americana

Finished 6/7/15
and the second one is a small one
Smile! by SamSarah Design
32 ct Lt Sand Belfast linen

Started 6/7/15
finished 6/8/15
That's all I have for today. Not sure what I will work on next, maybe I will work on my quilt blocks.
Have a great week!

May 1st was my mother in laws 80th birthday and we had family from out of state come to visit and help celebrate her birthday.
We spent the weekend of May 8th with our daughter and grand kids camping. It was a little cold and rained Saturday night but we had a great time.
May 12 I traveled to Mitchell SD for PSE training for my Post Office job. Friday May 15 was our testing day and I pass so I still have my job. Ya me!
Thursday May 14th while in Mitchell I got a call that my Dad was taken to the VA Hospital - COPD flair up. We spoke with the Dr. and was told that Dad only had a short time left. So my sister flew in from New Mexico on Sunday and while we were out having supper we got the call that he had passed away.
