TUSAL & an update

Well I forgot to post my TUSAL yesterday because I spent the day searching the new 1940 census that just came out in April and I lost track of time. I just love to family history stuff.
Anyway here is my TUSAL
Aprils Tusal and previous months orts

I got a little bit more done on Blooming with Inspiration since my last post. This picture really shows the true colors of this piece. The fabric is this really pretty lite blue.
Blooming with Inspiration

I was just outside and notice that in my walk around the farm this morning we have 2 new additions to our cow herd. Two of our cows had giving birth and one of them was stilling cleaning her baby up. The joys of spring time on the farm. Couldn't get close enough for a picture maybe in a couple of days. On Thursday we get our new baby chickens so the grand kids will be having fun helping with them.

Off to go visit my sister for awhile. I hope everyone is having a great weekend.

Happy Stitching
Denise

I've been searching that 1940 census too, and successfully found my grandparents' houses. Wow, so interesting. Your stitching is beautiful!

Lovely new TUSAL pic, love your frog with all the pretty scissors.
Family research is so much fun, but it is so very time consuming, the time just flies. Love how your blooming WIP is coming out.

Blooming is so pretty!
You brought back some fond memories of my time on my grandparents' farm. When the baby chicks would hatch, my sister and I would sneak them into the house to play with them. :)
